The cancellation policy applies to all vacation packages provided by trekhops.in . Please note that all packages offered by trekhops.in are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in exceptional cases, some Airlines, Hotels, or Activity partners may offer refunds, subject to penalties, as detailed in the specific package's terms and conditions.

For refundable Packages or a part of the package:

If the Airlines, Hotels or other suppliers offer a refund, as would be mentioned on the terms of the package shared with you. In such cases, any refunds related to cancellations will be handled by the respective service providers, such as airlines and hotels. The processing time for these refunds may vary, but it typically takes up to 45 business days from the exact date of flight cancellation or when the airline processes the refund request.

In the case of on-trip cancellations, customers may receive their refund within the specified timeframe from the date of the refund request. Please note that the provided refund amount is subject to change based on factors such as international exchange rates, the amount recovered from suppliers, and payments received from customers up to the specified date. Any adjustments to the refund value will be communicated to customers through their respective account owners.

Flights

• Customers will not qualify for any refund on cancelling flight tickets marked as Non-Refundable on the travel vouchers.
• Customers will be able to get a refund according to the details shown under the Cancellation Policy section for the flights, which is marked as Refundable.
• The entire refund amount may consist of multiple factors that differ according to the international exchange price.
• TrekHops will not be responsible for any cancelled or delayed flights. Any request to cancel these flights will need to be submitted to the particular carrier. The realisation of the refund amount would be applicable to proceed by the specified airline.
• We will not be liable to provide a refund for a customer who was denied by the airline to attend their flight due to invalid documents such as a damaged passport or expired validity.
• Customers must reach the airport at least two hours before boarding. TrekHops is not responsible for refunding customers who fail to board their flight owing to late arrival at the airport.
• Flight cancellations due to the delayed transfers owing to unavoidable circumstances specific to a region will not be borne by us for the cases wherein TrekHops organises the airport transfers.
• The information regarding the baggage permissions will be furnished as part of the travel vouchers. The customer will pay the extra cost owing to the breached luggage limits when the check-in starts.
• Some airlines have a compulsory web check-in policy, and those who do not follow it have to pay additional charges to the airline. In this case, TrekHops will not provide any refund. However, we may provide a seat or meal for the customers with the airline by making a request.
• TrekHops have no power over the availability and quality of meals served on the flight as it will be controlled only by the respective airline.

Hotels

• The customer will be eligible for a Zero Refund when cancelling the hotels marked as Non-Refundable on the final travel vouchers.
• The refund will be provided to the customers when cancelling the hotels marked as Refundable on the travel vouchers as per the ticket cancellation policy, and the final ticket information will be sent over email.
• The entire amount of the refund will be finalised based on the various factors that may differ from the international exchange rates.
• We are not responsible for any factors, such as cleanliness, hotel staff behaviour, and the quality of the accommodation, while TrekHops offer the best hotels with top-class amenities.
• The extra cost owing to on-trip room upgrades owing to on-trip upgrades and the additional facilities will be borne only by the customer.
• All hotels can be changed on the trip by entailing a 100% cancellation fee.
• The late check-in or early check-in request depends on the discretion of the hotel. TrekHops will not be able to process the flight cancellation request owing to the non-availability of these requests.

Activities

The customers will not be qualified for any refund amount when cancelling the activities, which are marked as non-refundable under the final travel vouchers. The airline provides the complete refund as per the cancellation policy section when cancelling the activities marked as Refundable on the final travel vouchers. The total refund for the activities may include the components that differ from the international exchange rates.

Transfers

The refund and their timelines are applicable for all transfers described in the Cancellation policy rules and in the final travel details shared through an email. Besides, the total amount of the transfers may contain components that fluctuate with the international exchange rates.

Visa & Insurance

• TrekHops acts as a facilitator, which helps to process the Visa applications. We will guide our customers regarding the Visa formalities and visa documentation for specified destinations.
• Besides, the discretion to reject a Visa rests solely with the certain embassy, and TrekHops will not be responsible for such kind of rejections of any applications.
• Besides, the visa fee is non-refundable in the situation of denied visa applications.
• TrekHops will not be responsible for the uncertain changes to Visa formalities levied by the embassy at the time of the processing phase and document submission while we strive to provide a seamless Visa experience to our precious customers.
• The insurance will be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee and is non-refundable once applied.
