Passport, Visas, Health Requirements And Travel Documents

It is your obligation to make sure you have all required travel and health documentation before leaving. Insurance

TrekHops consider adequate travel insurance, which is important. You have to read it properly and bring it with you on your holiday. It is your duty to make sure that the insurance bought by you should be suitable for your needs and requirements. We are not answerable for the denied entry when any visitor is unable to show the required documents to the insurance authority or is refused entry for any reason. Besides, we will not be responsible for any losses you may incur that would have been protected had you purchased proper insurance if you decide to go without it.

Paying For Your Holiday

You have two payment options to finalize your chosen arrangements: full payment or partial payment, as determined by TrekHops. If you decide to make a partial payment, the remaining balance must be paid within three days following the partial payment. You will receive confirmation at the time of booking that paying any of these amounts ensures the appropriate classes of plane tickets, tours, land transportation, etc. The cancellation fees listed below under the heading "If you change your reservation" will become due if we do not get this balance in complete and on time.

We have the right to cancel your booking in this event. Payment for cancellation costs, processing fees, booking amendment fees, and insurance premiums are payable immediately following TrekHops's invoice. After TrekHops receives the customer's final payment, the customer will receive the travel documents within 14 days. The total trip amount is due immediately upon receipt of the written travel confirmation if the reservation is made within less than 30 days of arrival. Credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, and wire transfers to our bank accounts are all acceptable forms of payment.

Convenience Fees

  • The convenience fees are applicable for all types of payments that are done after the reservation except for the transfers into our Bank Account. We reserve the right to withdraw the waivers for convenience fees on the payments made on the day of the flight booking.
  • Credit Card Fraud Contingency:
  • It may happen that the issue of your ticket may be delayed, and the complete amount may be higher when you do not provide the complete & correct information regarding your credit or debit card.
  • We have the right to rescind your holiday when the payment is declined or if you have shared the wrong credit or debit card information.
  • Similarly, we have the right to suddenly check to minimize credit card fraud.
  • TrekHops asks you to share the fax or postal copy of proof of address, a current statement, and a copy of your credit card before issuing the tickets.

Your Holiday Price

TrekHops ensures to offer the latest and right value, which is shown on our Website. We have reserved the right to raise or less their cost at any time. Sometimes, it may show the incorrect price due to a technical error. We will notify you while booking when we find such an error as early as possible. TrekHops reserves the right to cancel your journey when the price is not suitable to your budget, which is applicable to the holiday.

If You Change Or Cancel Your Booking

  • If you decide to alter your travel plans in any manner after receiving our confirmation invoice, we will try our best to accommodate your request, but it might not always be possible.
  • Any requests for adjustments must come from the 'lead name' on the reservation or your Tour Operator via TrekHops.
  • You should be aware that these prices can go up if modifications are made close to the departure date.
  • There can be a limit of one departure date modification per reservation. Any modification to the departure date will be considered a cancellation, and full cancellation fees will be assessed.
  • Note: After they have been confirmed, some arrangements may not be changed, and any changes may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of that portion of the arrangements.
  • In rare circumstances, any modifications may entail paying for the canceled reservations and getting new ones at full price.
  • Any of your party members may change their travel plans at any moment. The 'lead name' on the reservation or your tour operator on your behalf must deliver a written notice to our offices via mail, fax, or email.
  • Note: You might be able to recover these costs from your insurance provider if the cause of your cancellation is covered by the terms of your insurance policy.
  • Our cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the price of the trip.
  • These fees are determined by the number of days before your departure that we receive your cancellation notification, not by the date that your mail was delivered to us.
  • Make sure that the amendment charges are non-refundable.
  • We will recalculate the cost of the holiday for the remaining travelers when any traveler cancels their journey.
  • In this case, you may need to pay the additional room charges, including the supplements of the single rooms.

If TrekHops Change or Cancel Your Holiday

At TrekHops, our tour operators start planning the multiple arrangements, and we provide various days in advance. So, we have the right to make the modifications and correct the errors under the holiday information before and after the reservation has been confirmed. Also, we reserve the right to cancel the booked ticket at any time. However, we will inform you of the same.

  • Many of the modifications are minor, but sometimes, we may be required to make major changes.
  • We notify you as early as possible when we make a major flight cancellation change.
  • Besides, we will offer you the choice as mentioned below when there is time to do this prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Agree on the changed arrangements when it comes to the major changes.
  • Can buy alternative arrangements from us of a similar standard to the customers who booked if available.

Mode And Duration Of Refund

  • Once the request for the refund is complete from our system, you can expect to acquire your refund amount in 3-4 business days. However, it may take up to 21 business days to reflect on your account.
  • Besides, the refund will be initiated in the original form of payment. We cannot share with you the confirmation for the flight, aircraft type, and the exact timings of the flight at the time of flight reservation used in connection with your flight. The customer can see the updated timings for their flight on the confirmed flight tickets that will be provided to you two weeks before the timings. You have to check the ticket immediately on the given receipt to make sure you acquire the correct flight timings. Remember that the flight timings may be changed even after the tickets have been provided.

We shall make an effort to ensure that your holiday plans are prepared, carried out, or offered with a decent level of skill and care. This means that we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to make the necessary corrections in the event, for instance, that your contracted arrangements are not provided as promised or prove to be inadequate due to our or our employees' failure to use reasonable skill and care in making, performing, or providing your arrangements. However, we do not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies that may arise from systemic problems, pricing fluctuations, the availability of flights, hotels, or cars, or for the caliber of services offered by the relevant service providers.

  • These events are not included in the package vacation that we are providing for you. Your contract for any Local Event is with the supplier of that Local Event, not with us.
  • Ensure that we are not responsible for local event provision or any situation that occurs during the provision of the supplier. Do not forget that this position also involves all the activities related to the hazardous.
  • Besides, the service and the amenities involved in your holiday will be deemed to be offered with reasonable skills and care when any comply with any local regulations or, if there are no applicable local regulations, when they are reasonable compared to local industry standards in terms of practice.
